  1. From my years of working in the legal field as a vendor for lawyers in Georgia, the Bar really won’t get involved with any collections issues or any basic gripes about their members. They only get involved for major criminal infractions like stealing their clients’ money or any other serious criminal activity. I would let it go and watermark all of your online photos that could be stolen. I would be equally as upset, but sometimes you have to pick your battles. For the past 4 years in the US, we have grown accustomed to wrongs not being righted, rights being wronged, up is down, black is white, etc. YOU know it was your work 🙂

  2. Sadly, the world over, lawyers will not go after lawyers (State Bar of California), for the same reason that doctors will not speak bad of other doctors. At least the State Bar has responded to you, even though it was in protection of Ms O’Malley. This is indeed what’s wrong with the system; it’s not about justice, it’s about the person with the deepest pockets to pursue the matter.
